Because food products are perishable, refunds are not automatically available after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled due to packaging failure, customers should contact us as soon as possible with order details and product photos.
Approved cases may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product condition.
Refund requests caused by taste preference or delayed complaints after significant use of the product may not be approved.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
